For Linda – with love, for the 14th June - our Wedding Anniversary:- No card or gift this time, for the passing of a year. Your earthly life has ended. You are no longer here. No laughter breaks the silence now, and my tears they make no sound. The peace allows my mind to grieve, now that you’re not around. My thoughts see a future bleak, and my heart it wants to yearn. You must move on they all tell me, but that lesson is hard to learn. As sad as I am for myself, I worry about you still. Does my sorrow disturb your heavenly rest? I really fear it will.
