Dear Phil We and other members of the Running Sisters were deeply upset to hear that Linda had died last year and had suffered such an awful illness. We have good memories of our Tuesday morning training runs around the lanes of Chelsfield and of taking part in events like the Epsom Allsorts where you, Alison and Caroline were always there to cheer Linda on. The Bromley Running Sisters had built up funds during our heyday that are no longer required and we have decided to donate £500 to the Motor Neurone Disease Association in memory of Linda in the hope that a cure can be found and that the lives of other sufferers are made more comfortable.
