30th January 2007 On this date Linda would have been 57 years old. To mark this, Linda’s family would like to express their sincere thanks to everyone who has been kind enough to make a donation, or leave a message on this website. WE WILL keep this website going by making regular donations, and from time to time changing the photo, as well as posting our remembrances – so please visit this site again. You may even want to record another memory of Linda – we will be! It is only fitting that we also record here a special “Thank You” to the directors and staff of Shephard Herriot Ltd, not only for their generosity, but also for their particular part in helping Linda to live a near normal life, right up to the last few weeks of her life. As more than one doctor remarked, she was an inspiration to us all. Linda – on this, your special day, a verse just for you:- YOUR SMILE Part of me died that day, when you got your news. Our hopes, our dreams, our plans were gone. So you said “One more cruise !”. Marriage vows were said again, promises made anew. We laughed and cried, as you died inside. Those precious days, too few.
